This residential renovation melds the sleek clean lined home renovation with the natural wooded landscape around it. The site features a refreshed upper gravel parking area, a main level permeable paving parking area and entertaining terrace with retaining walls, woodland plantings, a planted swale to direct excess stormwater, a rear lower level terrace to extend the indoor space, a small no mow lawn area, a hillside meadow to slow driveway run off, accent plantings throughout, and landscape lighting.
