Once overgrown with weeds, unsightly, and unusable, this  property renovation featured a two tiered courtyard providing the homeowner with an attractive water feature focal point that can be enjoyed from inside the home, a doggie door access path, custom wood and rebar fencing, dry laid retaining walls, stone slab stairs, new door stoops, walkways, a trash enclosure and plantings.
