Designed for living and learning, Phase 1 of this whole property renovation focused on the backyard, providing the family with increased usable space for the adults to entertain as well as for kids to play and explore. It features a patio with retaining wall, natural play features, usable lawn space, existing raised planter beds, dry creekbeds, stone footbridges, and multiple rain gardens.
