After an extensive house addition and renovation, this property was in need of an overall rework of the grades, walks, and parking with a system to manage stormwater from the uphill neighbors, while maintaining a rustic farmhouse feel. Phase 1 focused on providing temporary paths and circulation from the remaining existing drive, stabilizing freshly graded surfaces, and managing the stormwater,  reducing the overall quantity of water reaching and eroding the side and rear  of the property with a dry creekbed and dual rain gardens.
